What to expect

CONSULTATION

We always start with a 15 minute pro bono phone call where you can ask any questions you may have. Then, I will determine the best next steps in working together as a team.

INTAKE SESSION

After we talk, I will set up a parent intake before I meet your child, or an initial intake for adult clients. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, and learn about your history and your goals for reaching out and seeking support.

Let the work begin! In a regular session, I will use the best modality of therapy to support your needs and goals.
